The Momentum Package is best suited to those who are ready to fully commit to their health goals and accelerate their results. As Holly’s most popular offering, it’s designed for clients who want ongoing guidance, accountability, and support to create lasting change. Over 12 weeks, you build momentum, refine your approach, and develop the habits, skills, and mindset needed to sustain your results long term.
The Bespoke Package is designed for those who want a fully tailored, high-touch experience with concierge-level support. It’s ideal for individuals with busy or demanding lifestyles, such as business owners, executives, or high-profile clients. It is for those who want their health prioritised without having to manage the details themselves. With a completely customised approach, this package makes achieving your health goals seamless and highly personalised.
The 6-week Starter Package includes one initial consultation, two follow-up consultations (scheduled every three weeks), and six weekly check-ins for ongoing support and accountability.
The 12-week Momentum Package includes one initial consultation, four follow-up consultations (scheduled every three weeks), and 12 weekly check-ins to provide consistent guidance and help you build lasting results.
Both the Starter and Momentum packages also include a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, a customised recipe book, and access to Holly’s app for the duration of the program.

During this 60-90 minute session, Holly will take an in-depth look at your medical history, lifestyle, nutrition habits, and any underlying factors influencing your health. Together, you will clarify your goals and priorities, and begin mapping out a personalised strategy tailored to your needs.
This session forms the foundation and direction for your chosen coaching package.
The Starter Package includes two 30-minute follow-up consultations, while the Momentum Package includes four 30-minute follow-up consultations.
Follow-up consultations are scheduled every three weeks as part of your coaching package, providing regular opportunities to review progress, refine your approach, and ensure you’re continuing to move forward with clarity and support.
Yes, Holly has her own dedicated app which you will use in your program. The app brings everything together in one place, creating a seamless, structured, and easy-to-follow experience.

Delivery (Online/In Person)
All of Holly’s coaching programs can be delivered fully online, allowing you to access personalised support no matter where you’re located. Holly uses Zoom or Facetime to run consultations for clients who choose to see her virtually.
Holly offers in-person consultations at her Sydney clinic for clients who prefer a face-to-face experience. Please note that in-person appointments are subject to availability.
You also have the option to combine in-person consultations with online support, depending on what works best for your schedule and preferences.
Policies & Admin
Holly’s coaching programs are designed to work with the realities of life, taking into account the natural ups and downs that can occur throughout your journey.
The beauty of Holly’s approach is that the ongoing support allows her to help you adapt and navigate these changes in real time, working with whatever comes up, rather than expecting perfect conditions. This is a key part of building long-term skills and creating a sustainable approach that fits into your life.
All programs require a minimum commitment of 6 or 12 weeks (depending on your chosen package) to ensure you receive the full benefit of the support provided. As such, non-participation or reduced engagement does not permit cancellation or adjustment of payment, as enrolment constitutes a commitment to the full program.
If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent you from continuing with your coaching package as planned, Holly may offer the option to pause and reschedule your remaining inclusions to a later date within 12 months of your start date. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to Holly’s discretion.
Yes, Holly’s coaching is designed to work with you and your life, not against it. While you do need to be in a position where you can engage with the process, her approach is built around your schedule, commitments, and capacity.

If you feel the coaching isn’t the right fit after your initial consultation, you’re welcome to let Holly know either during the session or by the end of that day.
If notified within this timeframe (before any personalised plan creation has begun) a full refund of any amount paid will be provided, no questions asked. This ensures you have the opportunity to explore the approach with confidence before committing to the full program.
As a Clinical Nutritionist, Holly is eligible for private health rebates; however, this depends on your individual provider and level of cover.
Rebates typically apply to consultations only, not the full coaching program. Holly is registered with a range of health funds, including AHM, NIB, GU Health, HBF, Medibank, Australian Unity, AAMI, Suncorp, and more.
Pricing
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card through Holly’s secure payment system.
Yes, clients can choose to pay upfront or opt for a payment plan. Payment plans are typically structured on a weekly basis; however, Holly is happy to work with you to find a schedule that suits your circumstances if needed.

After The Program
Towards the end of your coaching package, you and Holly will review your progress and discuss how you’re feeling in your journey. From there, you’ll decide on the most appropriate next step for you.
This may involve continuing with another coaching package for further support, or transitioning to individual consultations, which can be booked on a case-by-case basis. All clients are welcome to move into this more flexible, ongoing support option post-program.

However, most sessions include a 45 - 60 minute main presentation followed by a Q&A, with the option to include additional elements such as group activities, workshops, or employee 1:1s, depending on a workplace's goals for the partnership.
